Metal tubes have to fulfil their function permanently – sometimes under the most extreme conditions, for example on equipment used by the fire department, sea rescue or military services. Our quality standards ensure that our metal tubes fully meet the requirements in the products in which they are used.
We use continuous tests and inspections, in the early stages of production as well as the finished products, to ensure the high quality of the metal tubes and the units leaving our plant. A wide range of specific tests are applied for this purpose: for continuous load, for the connection strength of tubes and end pieces, for holding strength, as well as special tests tailored to individual requirements.
Regularly prepared test records are used to provide clear documentation of our quality assurance system and to confirm that FLEXAL metal tubes meet the required safety standards.
